Gazelle Company and Super Company... for the second year in a row!
SVAB Hydraulik AB was once again in 2008 acknowledged as "Super Company" (Superföretag) by Veckans Affärer AND Gazelle Company (Gazellföretag) by Dagens Industri. These prestigious distinctions measure among others companies' growth index and financial ratios for the year 2007.
"Naturally we are very proud of receiving this distinction for the second year in a row, which confirms our hard work has paid off with good results. This will help to push us to be even better!" says SVAB's CEO Kent Bengtsson.

Dagens Industri presented its list (per country) and in the county of Örebro SVAB was the fourth best Gazelle Company. According to DI the number of fast-growing companies in the county of Örebro increased from 25 to 43 since 2006.
SVAB placed 185th of all 1,479 Gazelle Companies for 2008.

On Veckans Affärers annual list of Sweden's 425 Super Companies (Superföretag), the Hallsberg-based company SVAB Hydraulik AB advanced to a 21st ranking after growth index. In 2007 SVAB Hydraulik was 121st.
Every year VA nominates, of all the Swedish corporations in the same branch, just 400 Super Companies which are deemed to be the most effective, profitable and fastest-growing companies and also which have good control over their finances. Research by the School of Economics in Stockholm has shown that less than 1 percent of Sweden's corporations manage these high Gazelle standards.
