GP System is our control system which can steer general hydraulic applications, "General Purpose".

Which isn't to say it's a feather weight! On the contrary, the GP System is a powerful, flexible and safe system for proportional steering of many types of working machinery.

With your SVAB GP System you can control up to as many as 5 double acting "roller functions". And you as the customer decide which functions these are. With it powerful logic, the GP System can be programmed for a wide range of applications. The system also communicates via CAN bus, which allows several GP Systems to be serially connected if additional functions are desired.

The heart in the GP System is the GP Controller (GPC), with 15 inputs and 9 outputs.

To the GPC's inputs at most 7 analog axis can be connected, allocated to left and right, to which both analog axis and digital input signal can be connected. Analog axis have two directions, which correspond to the system's input signals, distributed over 5 proportional and 4 digital (on/off). If more proportional or digital input signals are needed, the system can easily be expanded.

Via the GPC are connected out ports (5 double-acting proportional and 4 single-acting on/off) which control the valves that steer the desired hydraulic functions e.g. a hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor, which can also be specific to a machine and/or driver. If more functions are desired, the system can easily be expanded.

In 2002 SVAB set the standard for proportional tiltrotator steering with the RT Controller, which is specifically designed for controlling tiltrotators.

With the RT System you can steer two double-acting "roller functions" and up to five on/off buttons. You can even use the RT System to controll more than just tiltrotators! You can also control your hydraulic hammer, slope bucket, grapple, demolition grapple, waste material grapple and more.

The control unit in a RT System is the RT Controller (RTC) with nine in puts and out port.

To the RPC's inputs there are connected analog and digital signals. Analog axis have two directions, which correspond to the system's input signals, distributed over 2 proportional and 5 digital (on/off).

Via the RTC are connected out ports (3 double-acting proportional and 3 single-acting on/off) which control the valves that steer the desired hydraulic functions e.g. rotor and tilt functions and which can also be specific to a machine and/or driver.
